Mark Harrison

Mark holds a Masters Degree in International Customs Law and Management and a Graduate Certificate in Higher Education. A former diplomat with the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and a Senior Executive in the Australian Customs Service, Mark has more than 30 years' experience as a practitioner in international law, trade, taxation and diplomacy. His research areas include International Customs Law, International Air Law, GATT/WTO and Regulatory Compliance Management. Mark was Principal of Jane Franklin Hall, a residential college of the University of Tasmania from 2014-2016. Mark is now a Life Fellow and Tutor of Law at the college.
