To download your e-badge follow the steps below.

If you have completed an Award program with CCES through Charles Sturt University, you should receive an email from Credly over the coming days letting you know that you have an e-badge waiting to be downloaded. Please ensure you check your 'junk' folder.

Step 2. Follow the link in the email to create your Credly account. Ensure that you use the same email CCES used to reach you with this newsletter.

Step 3. Login to Credly to accept your e-badge. There are instructions and support materials within the platform to help individuals download and share their e-badge via social media platforms and websites.

Please note:

  • If you haven’t received an email from Credly by April 2025 please contact customs@cus.edu.au to discuss.
  • E-badges are currently not available for participants of CCES's short-courses or vocational programs.
