Dr Daniel Evans
Dan is a uniquely skilled Australian professional with 25 years’ experience in Directorships, General Manager, Consultancy and Advisory roles.
From 2005-2018, Dan was based in the Middle East and developed substantial knowledge of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and neighbouring business environments, along with an excellent professional network. He speaks Arabic conversationally and was Chairman of the Australian Business Group in Oman and Vice-Chairman of the Australian Business Group in Abu Dhabi.
Based in Australia since 2019, Dan maintains those strong GCC networks while spending more time in Asia. He travels regularly to China, Singapore and Japan, along with work in countries including Indonesia, Korea and India, undertaking leadership development work. He has worked with Government and business leaders at the highest level.
Dan holds a PhD in Strategy, a Master's degree in Commerce and a Bachelor's degree in Business specialising in corporate competitive advantage. He is an accomplished lecturer and tutor and has published five articles in international business journals. He has also co-authored three books.
