Dr Rebecca Harcourt
Rebecca is an Adjunct Research Fellow at the Centre for Customs and Excise Studies and has been the Principal Editor of the World Customs Journal since 2020. 

After many years in research, Rebecca realised that she preferred communicating about her work more than practising it. For the last 15 years, she has worked as an editor and writer with government and private organisations worldwide. Rebecca is a professional member of IPEd, the Institute of Professional Editors (Australia). 

Rebecca has a PhD in plant sciences from the University of Cambridge, England. She lives and works on the land of the Garigal Clan of the Wannanginni Guringai people in Copacabana, NSW, Australia.
