Silivia Vosa
A former legal officer in Fiji, Silivia worked in the Fiji Revenue and Customs Service for nearly 10 years practicing law in the areas of International Customs, Excise, and Taxation before moving into the ACT Public Service in Canberra. 

Her areas of research and teaching include International Customs Law - Policy & Practice, International Trade Treaties and Conventions, International Trade Terms and Documentation, Rules of Origin, Maritime Enforcement, International Air Law and Intellectual Property Rights. Silivia is also Deputy Head of the INCU Secretariat.

Silivia holds a Graduate Diploma and a Masters Degree in International Customs Law and Administration from the University of Canberra. She also attained a Masters Degree in Law, a Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice and a Bachelors Degree in Law from the University of the South Pacific.
