Yvon brings over twenty years of broad experience in immigration, border protection, operations management, and legislation.  This includes thirteen years of service with Customs and Immigration, with significant knowledge acquired through work across the Pacific region.

Yvon holds two master’s degrees, in Terrorism and Security; and Intelligence Analysis.
