Romano Manhique

Romano has managed teams dealing with customs reform and modernisation for the Mozambique Revenue Authority.  He has experience in revenue forecasting and data analysis and led the Authority’s Single Window Team through all implementation phases.  Romano has also worked with regional customs investigations teams and those of neighbouring countries in combatting smuggling.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (Customs), a course taught jointly by ESAMI and CCES.
